Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear terms on trials, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of the selected plan. No payment method is required to begin a trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account is automatically downgraded to a read-only state and no charge is made.
2. Billing cycles
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the option selected at signup. Your billing date is the date you first subscribed, and renews automatically each cycle unless cancelled.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Billing, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing but does not end your current paid period early — you retain access through the end of the billing cycle already paid for.
4. Refunds
Because trial access is provided free of charge before any payment is collected, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. We do, however, consider refund requests made within 7 days of an initial charge if you experienced a billing error or a technical issue that materially prevented you from using the Service — contact [email protected] with your account details and we will review the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; unless otherwise agreed in a signed order form, fees already paid for the current annual term are non-refundable, but no further renewal charge will occur.
6. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will investigate and correct any confirmed billing error.
7. Enterprise agreements
Custom Enterprise contracts are governed by the refund, cancellation, and term provisions stated in the applicable signed order form, which take precedence over this policy where they conflict.
